Shipping Delays and Suspensions for US shipments from Japan

Please note that Japan Post has suspended all shipment methods to the US. The following shipping methods are unavailable and any shipments with these methods will not ship until further notice:

ePacket Light
EMS
Surface Parcel
Air SPR

The above methods will still be available in cart for pre-order items, but if your pre-order is released before Japan Post resumes, it will remain on hold until we are able to ship it. We may reach out with an alternative method after it is released. In the meantime, there's nothing you need to do, and we will safely hold onto your item.

The following methods are available for in-stock orders only but will ship without delay:

ECMS
FedEx

These methods are currently unavailable for pre-order items, and may not be available for all items. We apologize for the inconvenience.

ECMS and FedEx will include any tariffs, but are not currently collected for Japan Post methods. If you are asked to change your shipping method from Japan Post to another method, you may be asked to pay for tariffs before your shipment can be modified.

Only orders that are physically stocked will be considered. We will not ask to change your method if it is still a pre-order.
