Beautiful figure of Fischl

Also my first Apex figure, really well packaged and surprisingly easy to assemble. Everything fitted, nothing needed to be cajoled or pushed into slots/onto pegs. The Prinzessin der Verurteilung and Oz have arrived in style!

Very pleasantly surprised, 5 figures all of them good, two of them amazing!

I received a figure, that in the past I wanted but couldn't justify then it sold out. It was in this box! Sometimes I purchase a blind box and I'm not that thrilled, that's never been the case with TOM I'm glad to report. It could be luck, but I really think they put a lot of thought into what they put in these. So I got a God Eater figure I didn't think I'd ever see and it's stunning, and the Miku figure I received was one I never would have ordered but it's beautiful (Kagamine Rin). Two other figures are very nice (IdolM@aster, Love Live!), but I've not unboxed them yet as they don't have a space set aside. The Link I knew about, it m...Read moreClose

Absolutely lovely figure, and one that's been on my grail list for some time.

So glad they remade this, and I ordered it. Well worth the money and the wait. Been hunting for this figure for a few years, but glad I never stumbled across it now it's had a re-run. If you want an Leafa figure, or indeed an SAO figure, IMO this is the one to buy! Though all my others are either figma, the PS4 collectible ones, or Furyu Sinon.
Took a bit of patience to get the wings, sword and feet all in place right, but it's stable and looks amazing.

Nice addition to my miku collection, I love the pushbike too..

Lovely Miku figure, in some proper cycling attire with a bike that's too scale and looks the business. Even comes with little cleats, pedals and with a chain (solid, but at least it's there unlike the motorbike from a few years ago).

However it does lose a star for being a bit of faff to pose and fiddly with the bike coming apart. I've not glued the bike together or anything just yet, but in the 'Figma that have fallen over and come apart' race this Miku is winning by a country mile! Still nothings broken and the bike clips back together. The decals were easy enough to apply, certainly easier than the Goodsmile Racing Miku's parasol. I've sinc...

Good & proper polarising shades that really stand out from the crowd.

I like these, came in solid packaging, good cleaning cloth and a chunky tough case. The polarising lenses are excellent quality as are the rest of the shades. Awesome, whether you're at the racetrack or not.

A lovely figure of Fujiko Mine, especially for the price.

The figure itself comes in the typical crane/prize figure packaging box, in sections in a bag with a cardboard sheaf for protection. Fujiko herself is well done, pleasantly detailed too. Her hair is hollow at the back, the gun is also a simple hollow plastic base with a small indentation around the trigger for Fujiko's buttocks. The gold necklace fits neatly around her and is also sculpted such that it lies neatly/naturally against the surface of the gun. My only issue was her left hand, which arrived quite bent around the wrist and looked decidedly odd until I compared it to the photos on here. Once I'd manually rested her hand on her knee it looked great.

Fit exceptionally well, with a lovely cleaning cloth and really swish case

As somebody who really wanted the PD-001 glasses when they were on sale but couldn't buy them I pounced on these. I compared the frame size to my prescription glasses and it matched, I'm happy to say that they do indeed fit perfectly.

The glasses came in their case, in a display box, in a cardboard box, surrounded by bubble wrap in another box. Thank you TOM for packaging these exceptionally well. They arrived in immaculate condition.

The glasses look exactly like the pictures, they have satisfying weight to them and are nice to wear. The cloth is a fairly thick micropore style cleaning cloth with a lovely Miku design on it. The case is a quite large black sm...

Surprisingly detailed tiny figures, about 1 1/2" high. Balance well too.

These are cute, and surprisingly well detailed for their size. I bought two and got Kirito and Lisbeth. They sit comfortably enough on a rather thick rimmed pint glass, which is cool. If they're still in stock next time I want to bump up an order value a bit I'll definitely purchase more than two. The painting is very good as well with clean lines on mine.

Wonderfully accessorised figma.

I must admit I ordered this pretty much just for all the accessories with the good design of the figma itself being a bonus. The ammo clips are a bit of a snug fit into the main belt the first time around but after that, and the belt is fixed to the model so a bit of figdgety finagling is require to slot it all in without risking the paintwork. With that one niggle out of the way the rest is all positive. If you dig around the little armory itself for this figma they recommend gluing the smaller ammo sticks into the pouch with what looks like a tiny spot of PVA. It's not necessary IMO but there you go.

The headphones are fixed to the head but nicely detailed, the additiona...

Wonderful figure of Shiro, really cute with excellent detailing and sculpting.

What to say that others probably haven't already said? Do you like NGNL? Do you want a cute Shiro? Buy it. I love the hair sculpt/colour and the expression on this piece, for me though it is pipped to post by the other Shiro statue (with the planet and extra little figures of Sora, Jibril et al). Mostly because I'm a sucker for extras and I like the rest of the cast too!

Fun, simple and quick game, good quality... for me loses 1 star for the box.

This is a good simple card game from the creator of many good simple card games but most probably recognisable as the creator of Love Letters. So you play a fallen god attempt to reclaim his place. To do this you must dispose of all of your cards. This is repeated over several rounds with the lowest final score winning.

If you play a card for it's effect you suffer it's karmic cost. If you win by clearing out your cards first the cost doesn't matter, but if you fail you score that many points.

Simple, effective and entertaining. Especially for me as a lunch break game at work.

The card quality is nice and textured which is good to see, the art i...

Excellent quality for the price, really... such a dynamic pose too.

For me it was cheaper to buy this and Saber individually but in the same order from TOM due to the higher postage costs when ordered as their bundle; the p+p costs doubled.

On to the figure though... really good though I am slightly less impressed with it than the Rin one. It comes in two pieces, with the legs fitting under the skirt to make the figure whole. This does mean we get some good detailing on the legs which may otherwise be absent. The figure fits together just fine but for me the foot was some 2-3 cms away from the peg, I wasn't keen on stretching it to fit but I did. It's firmly in place and pose is really dynamic, though I do think if this was a photogra...

Once again pleasantly surprised by a cheaper figure!

For me it was cheaper to buy this and Saber individually but in the same order from TOM due to the higher postage costs when ordered as their bundle; the p+p costs doubled.

On to the figure though... really nice. The first cheap figure I bought was the Bandai Rei Ayanami one. This one follows that trend for me in being a remarkably good figure for the price. Good sculpt and paintwork, a solid figure. Much like the Rei figure the base is hollow plastic but substantial enough to make the figure stable. For the money you can't really go wrong here.

The pose and appearance is identical to the product shots you see above.

Excellent figma, useful changes to accessories fit + bonus 4 ALO Asuna owners.

As usual the quality on offer is superb but this figma has a few technical additions that are very useful. So we get both swords, 4 extra pairs of hands, 2 extra facial expressions. One of the hands even looks to me like it has a notch for gripping an arrows shaft.... hmmm.

- As others have mentioned it uses the newer style detachable hilt for the swords, much easier to fit into hands and a much more stable grip too.
- The wings have a shaped attachment so they fit neatly around the scabbard on his back and don't need the stand in that place.
- A pin is included so you can mount figma Asuna ALO 's wings the same way.

Looking forward to Leafa and Yuuki ev...

The usual exceptionally high Figma quality paired with an excellent design.

The Sword Art Online series really is leading to some wonderful Figma, though not quite as mad as the Amy - Gargantua on the Verdurous Planet one. The wings are a lovely touch, and the wand on a simple but effective addition alongside the sword. Combined with the Kirito ALO and soon to be Leafa ones we'll have a great set.

Only noticed I'd never reviewed this one having come back to check if I can afford the ALO Kirito before it sells out!

The usual high quality variety of faces, hands and packaging is present as is the high rage of poses permitted by the joints and quality of the stand.

Evangelion Patches
Evangelion Patches$11.99

They're good, decent size, properly stitched and high quality.

I really like them, haven't got the full set yet (missing 00 and 02) but they are really nice. They look fantastic, and as others have said they're a decent size. Not huge but certainly big enough to show off the quality design. Perhaps a little larger than you imagine them to be. They're iron on but I can't comment on that as I don't intend to iron them onto anything, and as of yet I haven't purchased the clothing/bags I intend to sew them onto.

I don't really know the normal pricing of these things but if you buy all 8 spending $120 on patches seems a lot! You could buy a decent figurine for that money. On that basis alone they feel a littl...

Large (than I expected) thick stock high quality cards, excellent item.

Drawn by the art but not knowing the origins of the cards I bought them because I have a small but growing set of weird 'Tarot' style cards. These are pretty much the center piece now, much bigger than I expected and really thick quality card stock with good printing. The artwork of course is superb.

Thoroughly recommended to people who like this kind of thing, you don't have to be a Cardcaptor Sakura fan to appreciate these.

This figurine is spectacular and the accessories are well detailed.

This really is quite a special figurine. The globe, small phones and tablet are really well detailed especially for the size. The mini figurines are excellent and remind me a bit of minicchu's. It's well sculpted, well painted and fits together without a struggle; even slotting the tablet into Jibril's hands and the halo into her head is snug and secure enough to not fall out all the time.

Well worth the money especially considering you get little figures of Sora, Izuna, Jibril and Steph which for their size are detailed enough to be displayable in their own right.

So we've had two excellent Shiro figures now... I do wish they had some of the other ca...

As many others have said, a great figure and amazing value for money,

It's well sculpted, a great pose and cleanly painted. The figure itself is solid, actually quite weighty given the price point. The base is fine it's a plastic mould (e.g. hollow base), the figure fits into it well and it provides the most important thing; a stable base for the figure.

Very pleasantly surprised, I purchased it based on other glowing reviews.

My new favourite Motoko figure.

As usual with Figma the quality and accessories are superb. The problem I have with the previous Motoko one is that given the chest size it never really seemed to 'fit', certain poses with it looked wrong. No such problems here, the mask piece is mighty amusing too. I like to think she's scoping out stuff with a Rift on. :-D

Mwuahahahahah... err, I mean this small kit is really rather good!

Want to pose a figma or other action figure with a hefty gatling gun when it doesn't come with one? Want a bit more of a battle scene going on than you can currently create? M.S.G. have you covered. The models are detailed, easy to assemble, cheap and provide exactly what they describe. They look alright without painting but if you want to get a bit hobbyist on them and spruce them up they'll look even better.

Cheap and effective.

Nice figure once assembled but spear is cheap and a pain to put together.

These complaints aside, live with the fact it'll need care, patience and glue you do end up with a good looking Rei figure; but at this price point such things really should not be necessary.

I'm mixed about this. At first I was sorely disappointed, the material for the spear is shocking and cheap.

So... you need glue and care to build it. once assembled though it looks pretty damn fine and it's growing on me. Be warned though:

1) The bandages won't flow like the photos, chances are the orientation/positioning won't match; they'll still look alright though just different.
2) The spear material is cheap and nasty, and difficult t...

Nice figure once assembled but a cheap spear and awkward assembly let it down.

** It's been some 6 months since my original review below (3/5) and I like the figure now, since I put it together it's stayed together, the spear is OK and overall I wouldn't part with it at all now, so 4/5. **

Fantastic quality tie, clear printing, bright colours and detail.

This is a really nice tie especially for a fan. The colours are bright, the printing clear and detailed and quality of the silk is good far better in person than in photos. Definitely an item to treat with care though, from handling through to washing.

Comes in a nice silver presentation box also.

Looks great next to the 1/7 scale Asuka one.

I'm really happy with this, I snagged it in a sale and it sits next to Asuka. The scale difference between the two isn't too noticeable being only slightly smaller and it comes with a white disc too, much like the Asuka 1/7th statue. The base is different, plain white with the nerve logo and catch phrase.

All in all, a great purchase.

High quality, flexible diary with very good paper.

There's so many ways you can use this diary due to the format of the various sections and the use of squared paper rather than lined. I'm using the kind of "month to view" section at the start as an activity tracker by dividing the columns into types of task and putting X's in. At the end of a month I can see which things I'm not very good at doing on daily basis!

The diary itself is high quality, and mine came with a little selection of stickers to use. The paper, although thin, is high quality. I use a fountain pen and the paper is a dream to write on. I thought the paper too thin, but it's not. It takes the ink, dries quickly and doesn&apo...

figma Amy
figma Amy$41.99

There's a LOT to this figma.

I'm not familiar with the anime but was taken with the figma and all the accessories it comes with. The shoulder bag has lovely details like the feather, the hang-glider is actually quite large and fits together well with a well thought out support arm construction (though the getting the figma posed in it can be a challenge). The chipmunk? is amazingly detailed for the size. Amy herself is brilliant, the usual figma quality. I've since got the anime queued up to watch. :D

Really good statue, though very delicate and a bit of a fiddle to put together.

The pieces around the ears are quite fragile, and the microphone can be a bit recalcitrant. On the whole though it looks great, has excellent detailing, especially the spikes on the hands, the soles of the shoes and the aforementioned ears. It's definitely worth it, and if you're going to buy it from somewhere buy it here as the customer service is excellent.

Great, shiny and well fitting bento box.

The base has ample room for a decent portion of rice, the top compartment has enough room for some chicken and veggies or whatever you want. It looks good and the included rubberised strap is strong enough to keep into together in my bag as I travel to work. Can't ask for more really; it's quite the shiny pretty object too.

Well made, compact and detailed jigsaw puzzle.

I enjoyed putting this together, harder than you might think given the size but not a major challenge. The pieces fit together pretty well (not quite as solidly as say, Ravensburger, but pretty good), certainly well enough to not compromise the quality of the image.

Having just finished the Rei one I'm about to star this, I've got no doubt it will be as good as the other two in the series.

Also comes with glue for fixing together, if you want to.

I found this one harder than the Mari one, possible because of the similarity of colours. It's a bit more of a puzzle to put together because of that.

If it's your cup of tea, also included is some puzzle glue so you can fix it for framing; a nice touch.

As the other review said... :D

... this is a good start, the pillow case is super soft too. The comic is pretty hefty has an interesting mix of strips, some it would appear with an emphasis on the strip; which I wasn't expecting. I'm hoping the Japanese isn't too advanced, though I bought it for the case maybe the comic will help with my learning. The paper/printing on the comic is very basic in terms of quality (cheap paper, ink feels like it might come off on my fingers) but combined with the dakimakura is a bargain I think. It's not the kind of comic one would keep anyway, just buy each month to read.
