Steins;Gate Merchandise

Initially developed as a visual novel by 5pb and Nitroplus, Steins;Gate is a wildly popular series released in 2009. Through brilliant writing and an exceptional story, this science-fiction mystery series saw great success and has since received numerous spin-offs and adaptations including the follow-up video game, Steins;Gate 0, released in 2015 for PS3 and PS4, as well as the PS Vita.

Steins;Gate follows Rintaro Okabe, self-proclaimed mad scientist who prefers the name Kyoma Hooin (although he’s affectionately called Okarin, as well). He runs the Future Gadget Laboratory with friend and resident “hack” (computer hacker) Daru and “captive” Mayuri in Akihabara, Japan. After an attempt to call out a fellow scientist on plagiarized time travel theories, he finds himself possessing those very powers as he navigates a dangerous new “world line.”
