• Giveaway Application Period: Nov. 11 to 11:59 pm Dec. 5, 2019 (PST)
• This giveaway is only open to US residents.
• A $5 TOM Point trade-in is required to enter this giveaway.
• In return, all participants will receive either a surprise outlet figure OR a $5 coupon.
• Surprise outlet figure = 200 winners
• $5 off coupon = all other entrants
• Winner notification & coupon code emails will be sent on Dec. 6, 2019 (PST).
• You must be subscribed to TOM Shop Emails in order to receive your winner notification or unique coupon code.
• Most outlet figure prizes are expected to ship within December 2019, but additional time may be required (all shipments will go out by Jan. 31 2020 at the latest).
• Participation coupon discounts are NOT applicable to shipping fees, but can be used on any TOM Shop item.
• Only one entry per individual; multiple entries per individual may result in forfeiting their entry entirely.

About Outlet Figure Prizes

• Prizes range in retail value from $15 to $400 (average retail value: $125)
• Prizes are selected & shipped 100% randomly; there is a slim but real possibility that the prize you receive could be something you have previously purchased from the TOM Shop or another figure shop. We are unable to provide any sort of compensation if this happens.
• All outlet figures have box damage ranging from mild to severe. Absolutely no compensation can be provided for any sort of box damage whatsoever.
• Should the actual product inside the box be defective or damaged, please contact TOM Customer Support with pictures clearly showing the problem within 7 days after your prize is delivered; if we are able to confirm the issue, we will return your giveaway entry points.
