I am liking the trend of removable pieces being magnetic as opposed to clipping into place. The pieces that cover the top and her front are a little difficult to stay in place so my advise is to not bother with them until you have her located where you want. Otherwise shifting the figure just a little causes them to fall off. Other than that she is a very cute addition to the elf village line.
This is my 4th Elf figure and while they've all had some assembly that required a certain amount of care, this one is definitely the most delicate of the bunch. Her "bra" and loin cloth both feel incredibly fragile, and I was worried I would break them trying to put them on. On top of that both of those pieces along with her "back skirt" just sort of float on the figure. They don't really clamp down. This isn't really much of an issue if you're a cast-off collector, but I'm really not so it was to me. On the plus side she's gorgeous. The details all around are amazing from her flower crown to her harp. She's still worth it, but you just have to be gentle.

something is so off about her face. maybe its the amount of forehead or placement of the eyes? either way, it's weirding me out. a shame since I really like the concept art for this one.
