In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Psycho-Pass series and the upcoming release of the movie Psycho-Pass Providence, MegaHouse’s G.E.M. Series is bringing back Shinya Kogami for another release! Sculpted by Kousuke Arai, who is known for his stylish prototypes, and painted by Tc, known for their delicate coloring, the 9.1" tall figure captures the Public Safety Bureau Enforcer in his black suit looking gruff as usual. An alternate arm part is also included, giving you the option of posing him pointing his Dominator or smoking a cigarette.
