Based on the Wall Market section of the game in which he gets a makeover and performs at the Honey Bee Inn in order to get into Don Corneo's mansion, his prim yet stoic demeanor has been faithfully recreated as he stands in a polite pose in his lovely blue dress.
Every detail of the dress has been sculpted with care to capture not just its many frills, ribbons, and lace, but also its different textures.
