Aniplex has outdone themselves once again with this incredible statue commemorating the 15th anniversary of Fate/stay night! Based on the original figure created by Sakurako Iwanaga for the TYPE-MOON Fate/stay night 15th Anniversary Exhibition, this premium statue is almost twice as big and is one of the largest Fate figures ever released at over 41” tall!

Created using 3D scans from a high-precision MRI for unparalleled detail, the figure has been painstakingly sculpted and painted and captures Saber and Shirou in their respective final battles. Saber’s pose is based on her final battle against Gilgamesh and she is captured in her un-armored form, which is not only rare for Saber figures but also hints at the parting scene with Shiro at the end of the series. She overflows with a sense of dynamic movement as she wields Excalibur. Meanwhile, Shirou is posed with his outfit tattered and torn from his battle against Kirei. His design shows off his muscular yet slim build and features a red cloth wrapped around his right arm that hints at his future development into Servant EMIYA.

The pedestal seamlessly connects the series as well and features gears in the back and swords stuck into the ground reminiscent of Unlimited Blade Works as well as rubble in the foreground themed after Fuyuki City and Archer’s cloak made from a Holy Shroud blowing in the breeze. Savvy fans will also no doubt notice the weapons of the six heroes scattered around, showing just how much attention to detail and love for the series went into this wonderful work of art.

Limited to only 200 pieces worldwide, the pedestal features a commemorative serial number plate, and also included with the figure is a special reproduction of the original artwork by Takashi Takeuchi.
