Persona 5 Futaba Sakura Phantom Thief Limited Glow Base Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure

Her box was a little difficult to get into due to the seal placement. Her components were easy to put together. She comes in 3 parts; her figure, the stand/base, and the translucent ring around her.

I was surprised to find that there's no way to properly secure her to her base. Her butt is a magnet and she just kinda fits right on there. This of course made me nervous about her security, but also because she only glows when you have her plugged in. She's meant for desk tops where she can be easily knocked over.

The only other gripes I have are that her glasses don't go on too easily, and that the glow isn't as bright as I hoped it would be to illuminate her face in the dark.

I love the idea of a LED lit base for a figure. Fits her character very well.

The material got quite some weight to it, makes it feel sturdy and high quality.

This figure is a beauty and easy to put together. The only problem is that mine didn’t include the usb cable and power brick as described to make it glow.

I absolutely love this statue. You need to have it connected with a micro usb cable for it to glow, but it has different glow settings. On, fast pulse, and slow pulse. Futaba is magnetic, so she sits on top of everything. I love it's design, and everything is well done. My only, slight, complaint, is that Futaba herself is not glow in the dark. Aside from that, this is an excellent statue

I like the way the lighted base is powered by USB instead of batteries, so you never have to worry about the batteries blowing up and corroding the contacts and messing it up. What I don't like is the fact that the base is quite small, and the light just shines right up from it - so that it illuminates her calves and the bottoms of her thighs and her hair, but her entire upper body are completely in shadow and not lit up at all. Also the ring doesn't glow or anything, there's no light piping to send illumination into it, it's just there and catches what light it can from the base.

What they don't tell you is that there are multiple modes for the lighting on the base that Futaba sits on.

One has all LED's active at once for a nice overall glow. The second mode has all LED's fade off and on like a breathing effect similar to one you would see on a gaming PC mouse. The third mode, my personal favorite, has the very bottom LED's solid lit and the rest of the LED's on the cubes will take turn doing the breathing effect individually.

Something else that's interesting about this one is that the statue attaches magnetically to the base. So no stressful pegs to worry about here and Futaba has magnets in her butt.

Best character from P5 gets easily the best looking figure spot in my case. And that glow gives it just the right accent.

Futaba is compact and will fit nicely on a large desk. The light-up effects are really fun and you have three options to choose from. Unfortunately, she does not come with a micro USB cable.
