The ultimate collectible for Saber fans! I'm very satisfied with it, some things to mention:
- Box that it comes in is very nice
- Invisible Air Unit (IAU) comes with batteries and Excalibur needs 4 AAA batteries
- Sound quality for all sound effects and voice lines are subpar, expected but unfortunate
IAU is quite lackluster. With lights off, I can't really see anything while waving it around. You get some voice clips and battle sounds but nothing incredible. Has 3 modes, OFF, sound effects and voice lines.
The plastic stand it comes with is in 5ish pieces, assembled required, meant to display Excalibur horizontally. It's basic, clear, gets the job done but I'm already planning to get a...

Over all Excalibur is almost perfect the size and detailing to it are spot on and the only very minor things i can say are disappointing are that it is a little blade heavy so holding it is kind of weird but nothing too major and secondly is that in person the individual LEDs are visible when on but not in pictures which is perfect. Other than those two things id say that this was worth the purchase.
Cant wait for cons so we can do cosplays. Product was COOOLLL!!!
There is no words for me to describe how amazing this replica is. Perfect for cosplay and to show off what a true saber fan you are. This is a must buy.

This is absolutely amazing!!! I love the heck out of this thing, it's like one of those ultra sabers or force FX light-sabers from star wars but Excalibur from the fate series. The features are pretty cool and the noises are amazing, the light is super cool too. I feel like I can swing it around. I think the best part of this sword however is the weight. It feels like an actual heavy long sword. The weight feels pretty real so it adds to it. the only problems I have is I don't think the invisible air unit was worth it and I'd have preferred to get the normal version instead but it was sold out sadly. The sword lights up and will play special sound effects and license phase when Saber uses her noble phantasm, total worth it for collectors, totally well made and worthy of pass it on to the next generation!
It's an amazing piece, but it has a few notable issues. I still don't regret buying it (well except for the premium version), but people should be aware.
1) The lighting could be more diffuse. It won't really show up in photos because of bloom, but you can make out the individual LEDs pretty easily in person.
2) As others have noted, the invisible air unit is a joke.
3) This one is a bit of a minor issue, but the sword is quite blade heavy, sort of forgivable for a visual prop though. (Also Excalibur's design lacks much of a pommel).
This sword is so awesome lol it glows, plays songs, makes voices, etc! Literally was messing with it for like 2 hours! The glowing part is just too sick. I wont go into details as someone who reviewed it already pretty much nailed it but if your a Saber fan or Fate fan you got to get this!
Honestly when I hold this, I feel like Altria herself lmao. This sword is large (of course being 1/1) and is fairly hefty being made of sturdy ABS plastic. The paint job is phenomenal, and after dropping and bashing it against things it has held up remarkably.
She has a multitude of different sayings, and having the deluxe version many different soundtracks are included as well. Playing her music while lighting up the sword with her noble phantasm makes me feel like a giddy little kid enjoying a new toy again.
Overall, I highly recommend this sword to any Saber or Fate fan, as its a staple piece of my Fate collection. I've only owned it for a week and I've had numerous friends complimen...
Does anyone know what language the voice recordings are in (I hope it's the original language)? Also, what is an invisible air unit?
I think it has to do with the sword when Saber uses wind magic to conceal Excalibur’s appearance.

Mine came in the mail today, does anyone know how to make it light up? All the buttons and settings I've tried only made sounds.
You have to hold the button that is closer to the hilt for a few seconds. It will then play music and light up. If you press it again you'll hear Saber yell "EXCALIBUR!!!" and then the sound effects for her Noble Phantasm. (I could be wrong on which button it is, but it is one of them. Just try holding one then the other if it doesn't work.
Addendum: You'll only hear Saber if you have it set to setting "A". My mistake. Otherwise it is just sound effects and music.

What exactly is the "Invisible Air Unit"? Is it an aesthetic add-on or swap-able 'blade'? Or is just something that shoots air from the hand-guard?

It looks like it's its own handle with nothing else attached. It lights up and has sound effects judging from the picture and description.
its literally just a plastic clear looking handle that lights up but can't light up through the blade, only itself sadly, so I don't think it's worth it for the invisable air unit. but oh well, you get what you paid for.
