KonoSuba Megumin 1/8 Scale Figure (Re-run)

By no means is the figure bad. I love the pose and of course Megumin is <3!

But for the price of the figure the paint job is really lacking. It feels rushed and its very sloppy in some parts. The purple from the gloves managed to hit almost every finger, and the orange stripe along the edge of the cape and dress is very sloppy. Over laps the cape and red on the dress in several spots and misses it in many others.

As much as I love Megumin the paint job is no where near the price they asked for. I am rpretty let down by this figure.

Rate: 8 Megumins out of 10. Any fan of Megumin will LOVE this figure as I do.
Likes: Dynamic pose of her doing her usual arch-wizard stuff. Reminds me of her introduction scene, telling her ridiculous/magnificent name.
-The colours are quite accurate and strong, with some shading done and great details on the hat, boots and tunic.
-Chomusuke is a nice little addition. Also they stand very securely on this base.
Dislikes: There are a few issues I have with this figure.
1. No staff option. It is fine since this is showcasing her doing her "cool" pose instead of actually "exploding!" things. Could be improved if she had a variable hand holding the staff though. Or perhaps detachable "magic...Read more

The images and angles for this kinda sucked but im only saying this becausewhen i bought this i only got it for megumin and had to lower my standards since from the pictures they could have done better but when i got the figure i was actually blasted me away (lol) that it looked better in person. 10/10 prob gonna start saving for aqua fig next xd

This is a great figure, and a great character as well. Anyone who's a fan of Megumin (and you better be >:( ) will be glad to have this as an addition to their collection. The material is high quality and the painting is excellent. With that being said, for a ~9" figure that costs over $150 USD, this figure is very lacking, especially when compared to other figures, like Fate figures, that are around the same price but have insane build quality, lots more detail and intricacies, and accessories (this figure doesn't even come with her trademark staff! HOW COULD YOU NOT HAVE HER STAFF?!).

The Megumin figure is really good, It's made very will and a welcome addition to my collection (of only Megumin and Aqua for now...) But my one and only problem is the stand it broken. The pegs that it is stand on seem it have broken off during delivery. They are broken about half way up and that's for all three of them. If anything hits the table or I just tap it down it goes. But other than that it very good figure.

Really captures Megumin's personality and has great detail.

Added this to my collection of megumin figures. Absolutely perfect

The pose and overall look of Megumin is nice; however, I noticed some small paint defects here and there. She doesn’t fit close onto the base very easily and it can be nerve wrecking to adjust her while being careful not to break her at the same time. Overall leaves much to be desired at the overpriced cost of $150 when she should be about $120 at most. I would highly recommend the { KonoSuba Megumin: Sneaker Bunko 30th Anniversary Ver. 1/7 Scale Figure } version instead for about $5 more but 10 times the quality.
