This high-tech-looking robot is the “Earth Engine Impacter” from the recent anime series produced by Bones and aired in 2014, Captain Earth. Earth Engine Impacter was created by Globe to protect Earth from the extra-terrestrial threat known as the “Kill-T-Gang” and is piloted by 17-year-old high school student Daichi Manatsu whose immense skill with arcade games makes him the perfect operator. Recreating all the fantastic details from the anime right down to Earth Engine Impacter’s red, white and blue color scheme with orange highlights, this excellent figure is a fantastic tribute to this much-loved anime. In a neat touch, you can open and close Earth Engine Impacter’s missile launchers on his chest and even pose his fists in an open or closed position.
