Kamen Rider Fourze was launched during the popular tokusatsu series’ 40th anniversary year and is the 13th installment in the Heisei era of Riders and the 22nd overall. In this chapter of the long-running series, the principal Rider, Fourze, activates his forms via a series of “Astroswitches.” This excellent figure from Tamashii Nations’ S.H.Figuarts lineup of highly articulated action figures is Fourze’s “Fire” red form and comes with his signature weapon, the Hee-Hack Gun, which, in the show, can either be used as a flame thrower or to douse a fire. Clear parts have also been used for added realism in his head and shoulder areas. The set also includes two types of his mini robot helpers (the Potechokin Foodroids), the Spike Module and the all-important switches which activate his powers. Kamen Rider Fourze’s “Fire State” is just one of his forms along with his Base State and Elek States. He’s pretty cool on his own, but all three at the same time would be the ultimate Rider team, don’t you think?
