Patlabor is one of the landmark franchises in anime history and remains hugely popular all these years after the manga’s debut back in 1988. Set in the near future, the series features a number of mecha known as “Labors” employed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police for various crime fighting tasks. Now, Patlabor is receiving a new installment - The Next Generation: Patlabor which will take the form of seven short live-action episodes topped off with a feature-length movie to be released in theaters in 2015. Now you can own a piece of the Patlabor universe for yourself with this neat fold-away container!
