Boroboro na Ikizama is the first full album released by popular “utaite” (artists who post cover versions of popular songs on Nico Nico Douga) Akiakane whose intense style has earned her the nickname “Screaming Cinderella.” The CD features two songs from her hit major debut single, “Give Me Your Light” and “Hanabira,” as well as the tie-up song “Flashback.” In total, the CD includes 14 newly retouched songs that have proved hugely popular on the Japanese video site Nico Nico Douga. Also much loved for her popular illustrations on Pixiv, this first full length album from up-and-coming star Akiakane showcases some of her best work, from old favorites to brand new tunes, and is a worthy addition to any music lover’s collection.
