Thirty years ago, history was made when Tomy (now Takara-Tomy) launched the first model in what would become a multimedia franchise based on their popular model kits! Zoids weren’t just cool toys, they had an awesome backstory that eventually led to anime and comics that were much loved by children both inside and outside of Japan.
To celebrate this anniversary, Takara-Tomy have returned to this iconic series with a lineup of newly re-imagined versions of the original toys! Number one in the series is the Mirage Fox - an updated version of fan-favorite Shadow Fox. In a new arctic white color scheme, the Mirage Fox can be configured in three alternate versions: Type A - equipped with its super high frequency “Wing Blade”; Type B - mounted with the narrow beam armor-piercing “Laser Vulcan Gun”; or Type C - just the same as the regular Shadow Fox, but with the Mirage’s updated molding and white color scheme. Perfect for Zoids fans and model builders alike, the Mirage Fox is a great start to the Zoids: Originals series.
