Toshihiro’s artistic fingerprints are all over some of the finest anime coming out of the ‘80s. The Illusives Vol. 1 successfully gathers all of Toshihiro’s art between 1985 to 1995 in one art book, featuring high-quality frontpage illustrations from the Gundam series, The Cockpit, and Golden Boy.
Chronicling Toshihiro’s art from his very first debut productions Venus Wars and Mobile Police Patlabor, to Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, FamilySoft’s lineup of Gundam games, Super Dimension Century Orguss 02, as well as Leiji Matsumoto’s The Cockpit: Onsokurai Gekitai and Tatsuya Egawa’s Golden Boy*, this artbook is chock full of amazing art.
