Naoko Takeuchi
Born in Yamanashi prefecture. She made her debut in the September 1986 issue of Nakayosi Deluxe with LOVE CALL. Her representative works are Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon, Maria, The Cherry Project, and Codename: Sailor V.

Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon (February 1992 ~ March 1997)
Usagi Tsukino was a normal junior high school student who was slightly clumsy and a bit of a crybaby. One day, she met a black cat named Luna who told her that she was a chosen guardian. Usagi was confused at first, but decided to transform and fight enemies alongside her trustworthy friends. A TV anime series was broadcast at the same time as the serialization of the manga. It is one of the most iconic titles representing Nakayosi in the 1990s. It won a prize for the 1993 17th Kodansha Manga Award.
