A second season has been confirmed for the anime adaptation of popular webmanga Mob Psycho 100!
Created by ONE (also known for One Punch Man), the original webmanga ran from 2012 to 2017 in Ura Sunday, with a spinoff titled Reigen serialized from Mar. 2018 in MangaONE. Season 1 of the anime adaptation (animated by Bones) aired in 2016 and a live action drama adaptation on Netflix also premiered in Jan. 2018.

The story follows middle schooler Kageyama Shigeo, also known as "Mob." Despite his plain appearance, he actually possesses psychic powers that pull him into crisis after crisis.
Animation studio Bones will return to animate the new season, and Sakamoto Koichi is to serve as director again. The rest of the staff and main cast is also to continue in their respective roles.
