Japanese pop singer Sayuri is set to release the Fate/Extra Last Encore ending theme “Tsuki to Hanataba” as a CD single on Feb. 28.
The CD will be available in three different versions, each featuring a different jacket design.
The first press limited edition features a photo of the artist with a crescent moon in the background.
The cover for the regular edition features Sayuri against a cityscape.
An anime-style Fate/Extra Last Encore design will be available as a special limited time only edition.
A website has also been set up for “Tsuki to Hanataba”, which will be available in stores from Feb. 28.
