Steins;Gate Zero to Receive Anime Adaptation

July 28 was a special date for fans of Steins;Gate, as this is the day the time machine crashed in Akihabara as well as the start of the Steins;Gate World Line 2017-2018 Project! They announced various projects starting with the anime adaptation of Steins;Gate 0, for which they already revealed a teaser visual featuring a madly smiling Okabe Rintaro along with Makise Kurisu and Shiina Mayuri and a project PV that you can check out below.

Steins;Gate is a sci-fi adventure game series that takes place in Akihabara. It came out in 2009, and has has since evolved into a mixture of media projects beginning with a TV anime adaptation in 2011, which was followed by Steins;Gate: The Movie − Load Region of Déjà Vu in 2013. after which came the game’s sequel, Steins;Gate 0 in 2015.

The original series will be repeated from October to freshen up memories, this time including new parts to tie it in with the upcoming series. In addition, a manga adaptation began serialization in Young Ace and a light novel version was greenlit under Sneaker Bunko, so look forward to more Steins;Gate coming your way this following year~
