The first film in the Dance with Devils series, titled Dance with Devils: Fortuna, is slated to premiere on Nov. 4!
In addition to a new key visual, gorgeous movie stills and details on the main staff were also revealed!
Having proven his success directing the Dance with Devils TV anime series, Yoshimura Ai will be returning to direct the film. Other works helmed by Yoshimura include Blue Spring Ride and Cheer Boys!!.
Konparu Tomoko, who handled the series composition for the TV anime series, will also be returning to handle the script for the film. Konparu has handled scripts for quite a few popular series, including NANA and Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love 2000%.
Other staff attached to the film include Takashina Yuka as character designer and Fujita Junpei as music producer. Handling animation is Brain’s Base, which has also helped animate series like Durarara!!, Natsume’s Book of Friends, and Princess Jellyfish.
Written by Natsu Samako, Dance with Devils is a reverse harem story with a focus on music. Wildly popular, especially among the female audience, the series has had a TV anime, plus a 2.5D musical and a PS Vita game.
The plot revolves around Tachibana Ritsuka, an unsuspecting human girl who is suddenly finds herself the center of intense interest between a group of devils and vampires! Both sides believe only she can locate an ancient grimoire that’ll give them the power they need to achieve their goals.
There’s plenty of time to catch up before the premiere of Dance with Devils: Fortuna later this year (plus plenty of handsome mythical guys to drool over), so why not take some time to catch up before it hits theaters?
