Premium Bandai began celebrating the 10th anniversary of Code Geass by opening preorders for three limited goods illustrated by Kimura Takahiro himself!
The premium items, which are titled the “Code Geass 10th Anniversary Memory Museum”, are gorgeous illustrations on a cloth canvas that’s meant to be displayed on any wall in your home. Fans won’t be disappointed with the quality, considering Kimura was the character designer and chief animation director behind several Code Geass works throughout the years.
The first two canvases feature Lelouch and Suzaku, childhood friends who eventually become enemies over time. Both have painful and conflicted expressions; a callback to how they both struggle between friendship and duty.
While ordering just one is a possibility, the two are meant to be displayed side by side. This reveals the complete Geass symbol etched in their backgrounds.
Lelouch and Suzaku can be ordered separately, but only those who choose the “Code Geass 10th Anniversary Memory Museum (3 Count Set)” will receive a bonus canvas with an illustration of the main cast from the spin-off Code Geass: Akito the Exiled.
These special 10th anniversary canvases are only available for a limited time, from June 5 to July 14. This is also the perfect opportunity to welcome Code Geass back into our lives with the new TV anime series announced!
