A music video for the Saenai Kanojo no Sodatekata♭ ending theme “Sakura-iro Diary” by Moso Calibration was released on June 1! Unfortunately, it’s not officially available for streaming overseas, but hopefully that will change soon! An extended version will be included on the DVD that’ll come with the first release of the single, as well as the anime version.

The video includes clips of Amamiya Iori actually playing the piano, and it was filmed in a way to make viewers feel like they’re on a date with the members in a love simulation game. Shots of different locations from the anime like the hill road appear in it, as well, and binaural recording was used for the members’ lines in the music video, so it might trick you into thinking they’re there with you!

This was my first time trying a piano recording. I was extremely happy to share what I’ve been working on since I was little with everyone. There’s also a scene in the music video where I play the piano, and I might have the chance to play it during concerts, too, so I hope everyone looks forward to it.
This music video was recorded from the perspective of being on a date with the members. We thought of the situations ourselves, so it’s a bit embarrassing, but I hope everyone enjoys their date, haha.
Along with the release, we’ll also have a lot of events around Japan, so I hope you’ll come to our shows if you can. Please let the members know what you think of the music video, too!
