Yuri!!! on ICE is the latest anime to join the Minna no Kuji series of collectible lottery prizes. Available from convenience stores across Japan including Ministop and Lawson, each entry to the lottery (for 650 yen) will score you one of 27 prizes from across the seven prize levels on offer.
