New information has been revealed regarding the upcoming trilogy Eureka Seven: Hi-Evolution!

The announcements were made by Masahiko Minami, the president and producer of Bones (the animation studio behind the series) during the event “Anime Boston 2017” (held between Mar. 31 and Apr. 2 at Boston, US), which he attended as an official guest.


Minami talked about the history of the studio, their line of work, and his feelings toward production.

He also officially announced that the first part of Eureka Seven: Hi-Evolution would be coming in fall 2017, with another part following each year. He also stated that it would hit theaters around the same time worldwide, including America, UK, France, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, with Funimation being in charge of the North American release. It will also be distributed in North America, so stay tuned for more info, Minami said.
