The Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon musicals have been popular since the curtains first rose in 2013, and there will be a new musical opening this fall! The cast behind the 10 Sailor Soldiers and Tuxedo Mask have been revealed, too.

Mirai is a new member being brought on to play Sailor Saturn, but the other 9 members including Nomoto Hotaru as Sailor Moon performed together for the previous musical Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon: Amour Eternal. Yamato Yuuga (former top star of Cosmos Troupe of Takarazuka Revue) is playing Tuxedo Mask for the fifth time. Comments from Nomoto and Yamato have also been released!

I’m so grateful to be performing again as one of the same 5 Sailor Soldiers as the last musical. I will put everything into this to give the fans a wonderful show. Hopefully Sailor Moon’s love will help a lot of people, even if only a little, and I hope everyone comes to see the show again this year. Sailor Teleport to the world of Sailor Moon this fall!
Tuxedo Mask / Chiba Mamoru: Yamato Yuuga
I’ve gotten to play a new Tuxedo Mask every year since 2013, and this year will mark my 5th show! There was a lot of passion for the show all over the world including Paris and Shanghai, and I also heard a lot of fans say “I love Tuxedo Mask!” last year at the Lincoln Center when I played Roxy in Chicago. I’ll be putting on my cloak again this year and aiming at your hearts with my red rose once more!
