About
Yana Toboso’s hugely popular manga has sold over 23 million copies worldwide and now the long awaited theatrical anime movie is set to hit screens across Japan. So far there have been four instalments in Black Butler’s anime history beginning with the original Black Butler in 2008, followed by the second season which aired in 2010 - Black Butler II, and the Book of Circus TV anime and Book of Murder OVA which both arrived in 2014. Now one of the series’ landmark chapters, the Luxury Liner arc, is finally getting an adaptation as a big screen animated movie.

Story
Together with his butler Sebastian Michaelis, 13 year old head of the Phantomhive household Ciel spends his days taking care of sordid goings on in the underworld of 19th century London on behalf of Queen Victoria as “The Queen’s Watchdogs”.
