T.M.Revolution Announces Release of First Original Full Album in Four Years

T.M.Revolution, a solo project by Takanori Nishikawa, has been widely active since his debut in 1996 and has become well known among anime and game fans through his theme songs.

The recent Inazuma Rock Fes 2014, an event sponsored by T.M.Revolution, was a huge success. He also performed on Dec. 31 on NHK’s Kohaku Uta Gassen where he sung passionately along with Nana Mizuki “Kohaku 2014 Special Collaboration” and made his presence felt on a national level.

T.M.Revolution grabbed the spotlight as usual, and he made a big announcement to start off the year. He announced the release of his first original album in four years. After Cloud Nine, this album will be his 10th effort. There is no doubt that this is an occasion worth celebrating.

The release date of the album was also announced to be March 25, the day when his countrywide tour “T.M.R. Live Revolution ‘15” begins. It seems fans can look forward to enjoying songs off of this new album during the tour performances. “T.M.R. Live Revolution ‘15” is a large-scale tour with stops in all 47 prefectures of Japan that will last roughly five months, from April to September. The release of his new album will color the start of the tour.

Of course, T.M.Revolution is also being proactive in musical tie-ins for the enjoyment of anime and game fans. He is in charge of both the opening theme “Tsukiyabureru - Time to Smash!” and ending theme “Thread of Fate” for the anime Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers. He is also singing the opening theme “Count Zero” to the game Sengoku Basara 4. Look forward to even more new tie-ins this year.

The title of T.M.Revolution’s 10th album and details are forthcoming. Look forward to finding out more.
