Yusei Matsui’s popular manga Assassination Classroom is becoming an anime the TV broadcast to which will begin in January 2015. There is also a large-scale project for a live-action movie to release next March that is advancing concurrently with the anime. So far, Jun Fukuyama as Korosensei, Tomokazu Sugita as Tadaomi Karasuma, and Shizuka Ito as Irina Jelavić have been revealed as members of the cast. In addition to the series being fun, the perfect matchings between the characters and their voice actors is gaining attention.
Continuing from this, a visual of the students of Kunugigaoka Junior High School Class 3-E and their respective voice actors have been revealed all at once. Because this is a series in which no one character is overlooked, the wonderful members of the cast are all all-stars. There is no doubt that by checking out the visual and confirming each character’s voice actor, including Mai Fuchigami as Nagisa Shiota and Nobuhiko Okamoto as Karuma Akabane, you can double your enjoyment of the series. The series will continue to pick up steam more and more as the January broadcast approaches.
The visual and voice cast have also already been made available on the official site of the TV anime. On Oct. 20, a special video was also published to the site called “Koro-sensei Association Classroom.” In this special video, all 26 characters appear and each character’s voice actor is shown.
The broadcast to Assassination Classroom will begin on Jan. 9, 2015 on Fuji TV and will air every Friday night at 25:20. It will also be broadcast on Kansai TV, Tokai TV, and BS Fuji. Having declared that he will destroy the earth next March, the mysterious creature Koro-sensei becomes the teacher of Kunugigaoka Junior High School Class 3-E. The students of Class 3-E are then tasked with the mission of assassinating Koro-sensei in order to save the world.
