Original New Work by Warner is a Robot Anime! Shirogane no Ishi Argevollen to Broadcast This Summer

Announced some time ago was that Warner Home Video was creating a new original anime. The title of that anime was finally revealed on March 22. At a stage event during AnimeJapan 2014, it was announced that Shirogane no Ishi Argevollen will begin broadcasting this summer.

A key visual was released at the same time, which shows a slender white robot in the center. It seems that the work is a robot anime. Creating the anime is Xebec. Directing is Atsushi Otsuki of To Love-Ru Darkness and Ladies versus Butlers! fame and series composer is Tatsuo Satō of Bodacious Space Pirates fame. The staff is completed by Yuichi Oka of To Love-Ru Darkness and Softenni fame whose character designs that give off a young, sharp impression can be seen in the key visual. Harameshi Kikuchi and Kenji Teraoka are in charge of the mecha designs, which seem like they will play a big role in the anime. The story is still unknown, but this is more than enough to get anticipations flared up.

This is the second original TV anime by Warner Home Video. All eyes are on what Warner, which churns out hit works like JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, will do next.
