This Strawberry Cream Cake of Hello Kitty is Too Lovely to Eat!

Hello Kitty has become a strawberry cream cake! It looks delicious, but it’s so cute that eating it would be a waste!

The cake is a sponge cake with strawberries and fresh cream in the middle decorated with heart-shaped chocolate and Hello Kitty on top. Based on the colors pink and white, this cake takes the cuteness of Hello Kitty to its extreme.

For 4,830 yen, you get the cake, five candles, a plate of white chocolate, and decorating tools. A Christmas version which also comes with decorative holly and a bell is also being sold for the same price. The cake is being sold in limited quantities via the Sanrio Online Shop. The deadline for ordering the normal version is Dec. 6 and the Christmas version is Dec. 8.
