Until now, Hitagi felt that Koyomi and Tsubasa were different; now she is certain. She says that in reality there isn’t even the slightest resemblance between the two who sacrifice their lives for other people. Koyomi is a fake, and Tsubasa is real. What divides the two is the difference in recognizing the risk of being a good person.

Then, a girl having an oddity on his left arm, Kanbaru Suruga, appears in front of her. After learning that Koyomi, whom she was unable to contact, summoned Kanbaru, she embraces complicated feelings. Out of “righteousness” she even suppresses her own feelings as if they were something unreasonable.
Thanks to Hitagi, Tsubasa was able to stay at Koyomi’s house for the night. As Black Hanekawa, who appeared when Tsubasa fell asleep, is troubled, the vampire Shinobu comes. Although these two were enemies once, this time, the circumstances are different. However, even with Shinobu’s knowledge, they don’t know the true nature of the tiger. And when the two proceed to the abandoned building of the tutoring school, the two of them are lost for words...
