Stamp Rally for Anime “A Town Where You Live” Being Held Now in Cities Along the Tobu Tojo Line

On July 13, the anime A Town Where You Live will begin broadcasting on TV Tokyo channel 6. In celebration of this, a stamp rally called the “Tobu Tojo Line x A Town Where You Live Stamp Rally” is being held now until Aug. 31 in cities along the Tobu Tojo Line.

Narimasu, a city located on the Tobu Tojo Line, is one of this work’s settings. The thoughts from many fans of wanting to visit this location, which is realistically depicted in the work, are connected to this collaboration. Through the duration of the event, fans can enjoy experiencing the world of the work while they stroll through the city.

For the “Tobu Tojo Line x A Town Where You Live Stamp Rally,” four character stamps have been set up throughout the Tobu Tojo Line’s Ikebukuro Station and Narimasu Station stops as well as at stamp machine and at the Daiei Narimasu store located in the shopping district at the south entrance to Narimasu Station, Narimasu Skip Village. Those who collect the two stamps from Ikebukuro Station and Narimasu Station and one of the two stamps from the shopping district will receive a special clear file folder as a present. The stamps can be exchanged at the ticket counter in the participating stations and at participating stores.

Stamps with differing character designs have been set up at each location. Kirishima Haruto is at Ikebukuro Station, Eba Yuzuki is at Narimasu Station, Mishima Asuka is at the stamp machine, and Kazama Kyosuke is at Daiei Narimasu.

A Town Where You Live is an original manga by Koji Seo that is currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine. Its serialization began in 2008 and it has become a big hit, with the number of copies of the separate volumes in print surpassing 4 million.

The cast of the anime includes Yoshimasa Hosoya as the main character Kirishima Haruto and Megumi Nakajima as the heroine Eba Yuzuki. The anime is being directed by Shigeyasu Yamauchi, who has also worked on Casshern Sins and Dream Eater Merry. Reiko Yoshida of K-On! fame is in charge of the series composition and script. The anime is being produced by Gonzo.
