With the release of her first album Apple Symphony back in April, voice actress Ayana Taketatsu has gained tremendous support from those in the music industry and has carved out a new musical genre called “Akishiba.” A photo book showing off her cute appearance and an image video of this popular star will release this summer. The shooting location for both the photo book and image video was Australia. Koalas, kangaroos, delicious food, and the ocean! Swelling with excitement, she sets off on her journey which takes her to the Gold Coast instead of her planned destination of Cairns. Having to span a distance of roughly 1,500 kilometers, can Ayana make it safely to Cairns?
Taketatsu had this to say about the trip: “It was my first time to Australia! Due to bad weather, service going to Cairns was suspended, so we hurriedly made our way to the Gold Coast... And late at night, we made it across to Cairns...! From the beginning, we were wrapped up in trouble (haha), but we did nothing but fun photo shoots, and I think that the result was turned into amazing products! The blue sky and blue ocean of this Southern country was so beautiful, so I would be happy if you enjoy the feeling of being on a trip with me. It was a trip filled with laughter and tears, but the photography sessions were very in-depth.”
Surrounded by the beautiful ocean, Ayana appears a bit relaxed among Australia’s wilderness. Her innocent expressions have been thoroughly compiled in these works. The photo book will be released on July 26 for 3,150 yen. The image video will be released on Blu-ray and DVD on Aug. 21 for 4,900 yen and 3,900 yen, respectively (all prices include tax).
