From Senki Zessho Symphogear, a sound romance action series developed under the concept of “wanting to create a work fixed on music being at the center of everything,” comes this Figma of Tachibana Hibiki. Let’s take a look!
A cute face, pretty and healthy skin gloss, and well-balanced proportions!
We have no complaints as to the vividness of her molding, especially her chest and butt! Her facial expression also has a bit of an adult-like feeling, but it stays faithful to the anime. The movement of the figure is extremely fluid with no difficult to move joints, so you can naturally decide on her posing.
Of course, the craftsmanship of this figure makes you recognize anew Figma’s uncompromising stance of not following other female action figures. However, one fault with this figure is that the stability of the back parts is bad and they quickly fall off. Time and time again we were driven by the impulse of wanting to glue them on.
Also, the antenna on her head and the wing stabilizers on her back are both pointed, so we were a bit fearful of being stabbed by them. Until we got used to these parts, we were a bit nervous to change out her facial expression or effect parts. Although the level of reproduction is high any way you look at it, this figure would have rated higher if it was easier to handle.
Furthermore, it would have also been nice to have more faces other than the shouting face that are good for use when portraying a fighting scene, if you are so inclined, such as a stiff glaring face. For now, we are looking forward to this figure line continuing with Kazanari Tsubasa, and we would be happy if Chris and Kanade also become figures!
