Third Season Announced for Anime “The World God Only Knows”

The decision to make a third season of the anime adaptation of Tamiki Wakaki’s manga The World God Only Knows, which is published by Shogakukan and currently serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday, has been announced. The title of the third season is The World God Only Knows: Goddesses Arc.

The World God Only Knows: Goddesses Arc is the longest chapter in the original work, having been serializing for roughly two years. This series has been hugely influential due to its dramatic content. A curious cast of new characters has also been revealed in Weekly Shonen Sunday.

The anime will begin airing this July on TV Tokyo and other stations.
