A mysterious girl wearing Japanese clothes suddenly appears before Devil King and the others. Her name is Kamazuki Suzuno and it seems that she moved into the apartment complex where the Devil King and the others live. Mao’s sidekick Alciel is usually in charge of the housework, but when he comes down with heat stroke, we get a peek at Suzuno’s kind side as she helps out with the chores.

However, Chi-chan, a co-worker of Mao’s who is fond of him, sees Suzuno as her love rival. Furthermore, a rival business to where Mao works part time is opening right across the street from it.

In the second half of the episode, the hero Emi is attacked by a mysterious assassin. The assassin has the power to nullify her magic, and Emi finds herself in a bind. However, she is saved by an ordinary person who happens to work at the convenience store where this takes place.

One of the highlights of this episode is Chi-chan’s tension and jealousy toward Suzuno, whom she sees as her love rival. Also, the convenience store clerk who saves Emi is so unique, one can’t help but laugh. However, what is the extent of the mysterious assassin’s power? Sure, he was able to nullify Emi’s magic, but he was chased off by paint balls thanks to the store clerk. What Suzuno’s true intentions are is also a mystery.
