“Aikatsu! Character Page,” a site with a full lineup of goods related to the TV anime Aikatsu, has opened.
The site features all of the Aikatsu products sold on Premium Bandai. Items include those introduced in the anime, such as the “Aikatsu phone” and “Aikatsu notebook,” as well as apparel from popular brands in the anime, such as Angely Sugar and Spicy Ageha. There is also a mail magazine called “Aikatsu! Shopping News” that will keep fans up to date on the newest products and specials as well as the latest information on campaigns.
The story of Aikatsu centers on Hoshimiya Ichigo, an average first year middle school student. However, her world completely changes when she is invited by her best friend Aoi to join the prestigious idol training school, Starlight Academy. Using Aikatsu cards, Ichigo begins to compete against various rivals. While studying about being an idol, she participates in many auditions and begins to grow. Thus begins the cheerful and energetic Ichigo’s path to becoming an idol!
