A new season of anime has begun! Here is a quick look at some great anime that have started broadcasting this month!
Have you kept up with all the news on the anime beginning to broadcast this month? There are so many new anime, sometimes it feels impossible. For that reason, the TokyoOtakuMode YouTube channel, Tokyo Otaku Channel, is featuring trailers of new anime. Read on for the trailers and a bit of info on RDG Red Data Girl, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Yuyushiki, and Devil Survivor 2 The Animation.
*RDG Red Data Girl*
This anime is an adaptation of the novel series by famous author Noriko Ogiwara. Anime fans may be familiar with The Good Witch of the West Astraea Testament, which was a past anime adaptation of another one of her novel series. RDG Red Data Girl is a fantasy story that follows an incredibly shy and sheltered girl named Suzuhara Izumiko. In the first episode, a mysterious element to her long hair, which reaches down to her lower back, is revealed. Miyuki Sagara, a young man that has been arranged to live with Izumiko, has also captured fans’ attentions. With both characters riddled in mystery, this anime is surely one fans won’t be able to stop thinking about!

*Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet*
*Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet* is a sci-fi anime that follow the story of Red, a young male who pilots battle robot, and the relationships he forms with the people he meets on Earth, which has become almost entirely covered in oceans. Gen Urobuchi, known for working on Puella Magi Madoka Magica is in charge of the screenplay for this highly anticipated anime. With its sci-fi roots, alien dialects, and the massive spaceship that humans live on, the world of Gargantia is exciting. With robot battles and cities on enormous ships, this anime surely has tons of eye-candy and story to offer!

*Yuyushi*
*Yuyushi* is an enjoyable slice-of-life anime that stars three high-school girls who are part of a data processing club and pass time surfing the internet. It is an adaption of the original four-panel comic currently serialized in Manga Time Kirara. Watching the lively girls have fun is refreshing. This seems like a great anime to watch when you want to unwind.

*Devil Survivor 2 The Animation*
*Devil Survivor 2 The Animation* is an anime adaption of the Atlas game Devil Survivor 2. The story takes place seven days before the end of the world. Mysterious beings called the Septentrion have invaded, and Tokyo has suddenly fallen into chaos. The main characters gain the ability to control demons using a cell phone application, and a website opens that allows them to see how other people will die. Using their demons, they struggle to survive the world’s end. From the first episode, powerful demons are introduced, and it’s packed with fan service. Fans can expect explosive development in the anime just like the game.
