At the end of March, Banpresto started selling a new series in the no-lose character lottery, Ichiban Kuji. “Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball World” is themed around Akira Toriyama’s ultra-popular, long-running manga series Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z. Each entry into the lottery costs 600 yen.
This series features figures that depict the growth of the protagonist Son Goku from being a boy to reaching the highest level of Super Saiyan form, Super Saiyan 3. Each figure is highly collectable.
The lineup of figures in this series includes Son Goku in his Super Saiyan 3 form first seen in the fight against Majin Boo (Kid Boo form), a figure of Son Goku and Son Gohan that is based on an illustration, and a nostalgia-invoking figure of Son Goku as a young boy. Other prizes include long cushions, cups, clear folders, card stands, and more. Fans can fully enjoy the world of Dragon Ball with this splendid lineup.
“Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball World” is now being sold in convenience stores, Jump shops, and cinemas throughout Japan.
