Main Cast for “Valvrave the Liberator” Announced!

Valvrave the Liberator is a new robot anime by Sunrise that has been picking up a lot of attention. The anime is set to begin broadcasting in April. Recently, the voice actors for the main four characters were announced. Let’s take a closer look at each of them.

First up is the main character Tokishima Haruto, who will be voiced by Ryota Osaka. Osaka debuted in 2010 and has since played Sanada Yuki in Tsuritama and Kido Eita in Ore no Kanojo to Osananajimi ga Shuraba Sugiru. He may be young, be he has already become quite popular.

Next up is the Dorushia Military Pact Federation special agent L-elf, who will be voiced by Ryohei Kimura. Kimura started his career by voicing Takizawa Akira in Eden of the East. Since then, he has gone on to play Hasegawa Kodaka in Boku ha Tomodachi ga Sukunai and Yashio Kaito in Robotics;Notes. He is a phenomenal voice actor who has played a main character in every series he has worked on.

Rounding out the main cast are the characters Sashinami Shoko and Rukino Saki. Sashinami will be voiced by Asami Seto, who is known for her past roles as Ayase Chihaya in Chihayafuru and Miyamoto Konatsu in Tari Tari. Rukino will be voiced by Haruka Tomatsu, whose most notable roles include Nagi in Kannagi and Asuna in Sword Art Online.

With such a wonderful cast, we can’t wait for the anime to begin!
