Do you remember the Madoka Magica x Shogoin collaboration raw yatsuhashi that was sold last November? The collaboration, which was between the popular anime and the well-established yatsuhashi shop, Shogoin, was quite surprising and it turned into a huge hit.
In response to it being so well received, the collaboration is happening again! The collaboration item will again be raw yatsuhashi, but the package and contents will be different this time around. The collaboration last time featured strawberry raw yatsuhashi in a package that showed Madoka in a matching strawberry kimono. The collaboration this time features green tea raw yatsuhashi that come in a package featuring Madoka wearing a green kimono, standing in a bamboo thicket similar to that found in Sagano, Kyoto. The package includes 10 raw yatsuhashi (five plain and five green tea). This sweet collaboration is only being sold in Kyoto at Animate, the Kyoto International Manga Museum, and Animate Avanti. Why not take a trip to Kyoto and pick up one for yourself?
