By Nov. 25, ticket sales for the movie had already topped 710,000. On Nov. 24, total ticket sales for the entire series officially topped 10 million.
The movie is currently screening in 172 theaters country-wide. The movie is doing very well thanks to its deep-rooted popularity among children, and its fanbase continues to grow.
On Nov. 10, 2012, in commemoration of this great success, a special event was held at the Warner Mycal Cinemas in Urawa Misono, which sold the most PreCure tickets of any theater in Japan. Considering the popularity of the series, even more records are sure to come.
