I was skeptical at first: I never slept well, I have a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep and I didn't think this would do anything for me, but I love plushies and I liked the concept so I thought I'd give it a try. It works. I suffer from severe panic attacks and generalized anxiety and this little kitten calms me down/makes me fall asleep about 8 times out of 10, which is a good statistic for something I thought wouldn't work at all. The device is really soothing and the plushie is very soft - I put him on my pillow right by my head and I'm off to Dreamland in 10 minutes tops!

It's a cute little puzzle book and I absolutely love it. I finished the puzzles in a few days, there are reference pictures so you don't mess up and it's also perfect to learn some Japanese vocabulary related to Gudetama (mostly about food and sleep). I would definitely recommend it for people who want a cute way to relax, Gudetama collectors and children (although younger ones might have a bit of trouble with the last few puzzles, the pieces are quite tiny and require some precision!).

I recently purchased a sheep-themed vest so when I saw this blanket, I knew I had to get it. It arrived in its pillow form and I was already smitten: it's compact enough to carry in a backpack and yet it's soft and bouncy so you can rest your head.
