I was skeptical at first: I never slept well, I have a lot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep and I didn't think this would do anything for me, but I love plushies and I liked the concept so I thought I'd give it a try. It works. I suffer from severe panic attacks and generalized anxiety and this little kitten calms me down/makes me fall asleep about 8 times out of 10, which is a good statistic for something I thought wouldn't work at all. The device is really soothing and the plushie is very soft - I put him on my pillow right by my head and I'm off to Dreamland in 10 minutes tops!
