I know the title is bold in it's message, but if you'd like to stick around to read a long winded review, I'll tell you why I believe as such.
I think it's simplest to start with what this piece is trying to capture, and try to link the other properties to it. All of this of course ties into the material this figure is inspired from "Deep sea girl".
