The kit gives you the tools to create your very own melodies to use with a mechanical music box, which produces sound when hole-punched paper-tape is fed through. Included in the kit are the music box itself, a sheet of un-punched paper-tape and a special hole punch. The paper-tape is lined with a grid and a music staff to help you design your melodic creation! After you've completed your new tune, show off your art skills by decorating the paper-tape to create a visual accompaniment to the melody! In addition to your own work, the music box can be used with pre-made manga paper-tape as well (sold separately), so you'll be able to get plenty of entertainment from this unique device!
