
Starting June 2017, subscriptions will be shipping directly from our Japan warehouse. As a result, shipping will now take between 3-6 weeks, depending on shipping conditions and when the box is in the hands of the postal services. To ensure that you receive your boxes on time, we've made some changes to our shipping schedule moving forward.
That means every month, your subscription will be shipped one business day after the day it was originally purchased.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you purchase a subscription on August 1st, 2017, your first box will be the September box. It will ship on the first business day after you purchase it (in this case, August 2nd, 2017), and arrive between late August to mid September.
The same applies for existing subscribers. If you originally purchased your plan on the 25th of the month, your boxes will be shipped monthly on the 26th (or, if the 26th falls on a weekend or holiday, the soonest business day after that).
*Note that these changes begin on June 6, 2017, meaning that subscriptions recurring between the 1st−6th of the month will be shipped starting June 7, 2017.
• There will not be any changes to your billing schedule.
• Billing always occurs for the following month. That means, for example, any new subscriptions or subscription renewals purchased in June will be for the July box.
• Boxes can take 3-6 weeks from the shipping date to arrive.
