One of the most well-known characters in the Evangelion series, Asuka Langley is the pilot of the Evangelion Unit-02 throughout the series, including Neon Genesis Evangelion, End of Evangelion, and the tetralogy reboot Rebuild of Evangelion where her last name is changed from Soryu to Shikinami.
A young but capable pilot, Asuka loves to call her companions names, becomes easily jealous, and seems to have a bit of a crush on Shinji Ikari!
